Description Understanding of material property, behaviour, construction methods and assembly techniques as part of architectural design process. The students will learn through experimentation, modeling and scaled fabrication using both manual and computational methods as applicable. Organised construction site visits, factory and workshop experiences will provide valuable insights for the students in order to experience how building materials are manufactured, and how a material’s modular form, dimensions and intrinsic qualities influence the design and construction of buildings.
