Assistant Professor at Department of Architecture, BUET. She is a member of Urban Design and Landscape Division, Emergency Architecture Cell and Space Syntax Cell of the same institute. She is an associate member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh(IAB). Graduated from BUET in 2016, she is now pursuing her Masters in the same university. Her B. Arch thesis focus was multi-dimensionality of an urban space and now she is working on urban open space resiliency as her M. Arch thesis topic. She has participated a few international conferences with published papers, workshops and seminars focusing on urban design, city people and resiliency issues.

Nayna Tabassum is an architect, academic and intend to be an urban designer. She completed her B.Arch from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, BUET in 2016 and pursuing her Masters in urban design discipline from the same institution. She has been working as a faculty member of Department of Architecture, BUET since 2017. She is member of Urban Design and Landscape Division, Emergency Architecture Cell and Space Syntax Cell. Her field of interests include urban design, public space and open space resiliency, child friendly environment design, construction materials and interior design. She has participated a few national-international conferences , workshops and seminars focusing on urban design, city people and urban resiliency issues with published conference papers and journal papers.
