Department of Architecture, BUET organized a spectacular event entitled “Graduation Dinner 2019” on 1st March 2019. With the motto “With love and pride, today and always” the event aimed to inspire and welcome fresh graduates in the professional field of architecture. Prof. Dr. Nasreen Hossain, Head, Department of Architecture, BUET inaugurated the program with her inaugural speech. Prof. Dr. Farida Nilufar, Dean, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Ar. Jalal Ahmed, President, IAB, and Ar. Sazzadur Rasheed, President of, ArcAAB also delivered their valuable speeches. Convener of the program Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad, Associate Professor, DoA, BUET presented the vote of thanks. Notable Alumni were present to encourage the fresh graduates. Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam adorned the program with his presence. Bangladesh School of Harmony created a charming mood throughout the evening with their melodious musical soiree. Department acknowledges the hard works of the committee members, organizers, non-academic staff, and student volunteers who made the event successful.
